As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across ubank digital channels. You will work closely with Product Managers, Technology wizards, Growth experts, and other key stakeholders to craft visually stunning and intuitive digital experiences that cater to our customers' needs while driving business value.
How you will spend your time
Join our ubank team as an End-to-End Lead Designer and help shape the future of banking experiences within our Lending squad.
- Ensure delivery of high-calibre design work across multiple Home Lending squads, contributing to the complete customer journey
- Oversee digital delivery, encompassing responsive web and app design
- Manage email communications design
- Responsible for creating customer collateral, including informational PDFs
- Oversee planning for Home Lending and Website Designers, which includes capacity planning, grooming, backlog management, estimation, and prioritisation
- Foster the growth and development of designers within the Home Lending and Website sectors, which includes setting and tracking quarterly goals
- Provide support on ad-hoc growth initiatives to enhance our top-of-funnel conversion, such as website changes and experimentation
