Global Supply PM&E is looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to manage the strategic vision, technical health and stability of our Touring, Cruise & Insurance travel products and integrations.  

You would be joining the Global Supply PM&E Land, Cruise & Ancillaries team, taking ownership of the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle including requirement gathering, prioritizing product and customer requirements, and communication to drive a well-executed roadmap of quality and value.

The Lead Product Manager will ensure that the Touring, Cruise & Insurance Road map is adding business focused and technical initiatives, features and improvements to provide robust and reliable solutions and platforms that contribute to growing revenue and customer satisfaction.

A day in the life...

  • Responsible for defining and executing the product strategy.
  • Identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a product that meets the needs of the target market and differentiates the product from competitors.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch the product.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product to create a go-to market plan and identify the best channels to reach the target customers.
  • Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, such as revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and update.

Who you are...

  • 2+ years professional experience in a product management role.
  • A bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen, able to understand the market, competition, and financials to drive product success.
  • Strong analytical skills, use data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver their best work.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executives.
  • Ability to create a clear and compelling product vision and guide the team towards achieving the product goals.
  • Use best-practice product management methodologies to rapidly research, prototype, test and iterate new features.
  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap outlining key milestones and priorities for the product development team.
  • Deep understanding of the customer and their needs to create a product that meets those needs.
  • Ability to think strategically about the product, anticipating potential issues and planning ahead to ensure that the product is successful.
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product and marketing.
  • Able to adjust to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Create experiments, including running A/B tests and gathering customer feedback through surveys and interviews to validate whether changes are likely to drive loyalty and retention.
