About The Role(s)
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor with strong infrastructure background and Senior Estimator with ideally an electrical engineering background to join their team located in Northbridge, Perth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate and detailed cost estimates, supporting clients in achieving their cost management objectives with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately estimate project costs to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze project specifications and identify cost-effective solutions.
- Improve estimating processes through best practices and innovation.
- Offer technical guidance on cost-related matters throughout projects, including tendering and procurement.
- Communicate cost estimates effectively to stakeholders and assist in decision-making.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Provide support for dispute resolution with thorough documentation and analysis.
- 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or cost management
- Proven track record in accurate cost estimation for complex projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant systems and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing costs and risks.
- Salary: $160k-$195k based on experience and role.
