Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be involved in the commercial management of Maintenance and Project contracts, to join the Delta FM team. 

THE POSITION:

• Prepare FM and project estimates supporting new business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage tendering requirements (RFI) (RFQ)
• Selection and engagement of supply chain
• Prepare and manage FM and project budgets.
• Preparation of FM and project valuations and variations
• Cost control and management of all operating costs.
• Reporting on actual spend verses budget/ cash flow forecasting.

THE PERSON:

• Minimum 15 years experience within a Quantity Surveying position
• Holds a BSc Quantity Surveying
• Institute RICS /AICS preferred
