We are an Australian-owned and family operated Steel Manufacturing business located in Tullamarine. Colorspan specialises in the high quality manufacture of metal Roofing products and architectural facade cladding systems for the residential and commercial building sector. We are currently seeking an Experienced Lead Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in our Tullamarine Plant. You will be responsible for leading, planning and manufacturing Custom Light Gaugearchitectural metal Cladding and associated rain water good products. In addition, this includes leading process and facility upgrade projects.
This is a flexible Full Time Lead Position, with various shift and start time options available.
About You
- Sheet Metal Trade qualification/s Highly Regarded
- Manufacturing Experience in Metal Cladding & Roofing productsEssential
- Motivated, energetic team player, willing to learn & work as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively to meet high production demands
- Good production planning and scheduling skills
- Quality & process driven with strong attention to workmanship and detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with developmental skills
