We are a well-funded team who is now seeking to engage a Lead Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This person will report and work directly with the CTO. You will join our engineering team and work closely with other Software Engineers, product designer, founder/CEO as well as other key stakeholders to deliver product vision. About you:

Have experience leading a cross functional product team (Product, Design and Engineering) using Lean or Scrum delivery frameworks

Have solid hands-on experience developing software across the full technology stack (mobile, web, backend, APIs) using React Native, JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS

Strong knowledge of architecture and design patterns including Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, OAuth2/OIDC and SOLID principles

Understand technical solution design, solution options and its trade-offs in an early- stage startup

Have the knowledge of both NoSQL and Relational database management systems

Have experience with infrastructure as code in terraform, CI/CD tooling,

observability, DevSecOps, platform resiliency and stability

Passionate about building secure, performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code

You have experience and enjoy coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. (e.g. code review, design review)

You are obsessed about creating great customer experience for our users. You are comfortable sitting down with users to understand how they are using the product your team is building

Preferably have experience with mobile application development

Have 2-3 years experience in software development
