Qualifications

• Experience as a Lead Software Engineer, leading technical initiatives, R&D and guiding teams successfully
• Proven track record with exceptional technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong experience with C++ and Java
• Experience leading a developer team in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Expert in agile project management with a history of successful iterative development cycles.
