The Role
This organisation is looking for a Lead Speech Pathologist to join mentor and lead the Speech team. This is a great opportunity for an existing Lead Speech Pathologist or for someone wanting to step up into a leadership position. This leader will be essential to continuing to grow this successful program as well as shaping it to support the changing needs of both the clients and the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to their team to continually improve the overall team skillset.
