Our client is seeking a Leading hand for their frame fabrication and assembly sector. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10, ensuring production runs smoothly, whilst delivering a quality product in a safe and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training, mentoring and feedback to team members
- Plan and schedule daily work assignments
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Oversee quality control processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production meets customer requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety
- Strong MS experience including Excel & Outlook
- Boilermaker /1st class welder certification (Desirable)
