About the Role:
Are you ready to shift gears & lead the charge in maintaining our fleet of modern luxury coaches at our bustling Yulara workshop? As the Leading Hand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles operate at their peak while enjoying the breath taking backdrop of Uluru.
About You:
We're on the lookout for a passionate leader with a knack for mechanics and a heart for adventure. Bring your heavy diesel trade qualification, mechanical prowess, and a can-do attitude to the table. In this role you will have:
- Relevant heavy diesel trade qualification
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferrable but not essential (mentoring available)
- Mechanical Trade Qualified to Australian Standards
- HR Drivers licence or we can assist as required
- Great time management, planning and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead our preventive maintenance program to uphold the highest standards.
- Masterfully coordinate workflows, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
- Guide and inspire our team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to vehicle repairs and service.
- Keep our spare parts store stocked and budgets in check.
