The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced large-scale commercial landscaper to join our team in a leadership position, to help deliver an exciting pipeline of urban landscaping and water-sensitive urban design (WSUD) projects throughout Melbourne's West and North. This is a hands-on role leading 2-8 landscaping and planting team members per project. You'll have the opportunity to manage and deliver important, meaningful landscape projects for our industry-leading partners, that will become valuable environmental and community assets like urban wetlands, waterways and reserves.
In this role, you’ll be required to conduct a range of duties including soil preparation, jute matting, mulching and weed control to ensure effective site preparation. You’ll also be responsible for the installation of indigenous plants, trees, grass reserves and other landscaping items (i.e. fencing, concreting, street furniture) according to a landscape plan.

- Experience in large-scale commercial landscaping (or similar)
- Leadership experience is preferred but not essential as you'll have a strong management team around you
- Construction White Card
- First Aid Level II
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Positive attitude and willingness to lead and work in all weather conditions
Desirable
- Horticulture experience, and knowledge of native and indigenous plants
- ACUP / AgVet Training
- Small plant experience (i.e. skid steer, multione)
