Experienced Leading Hand/Site Foremen

Responsibilities include:

• Manage on-site construction including contractor management, quality, documentation, progress reports
• Reading & interpreting plans, adhering to specific requirements of the project
• Ordering materials when required to prevent delays
• Adhere to safety regulations, maintain a clean organized worksite
• Working & collaborating within the team, addressing any issues that may arise

The ideal candidate will be:

• Hands on - Trade qualified Carpenter – at least  2 years’ experience leading teams
• Strong leadership skills
• Experienced working to programs
• Oversee day to day operations onsite ensuring all works are carried out
• Excellent communication, organizational & problem-solving skills are essential
