Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide trade guidance and assistance within the work team.
- Take directions from the Services and Projects Manager or independently direct the crew in their absence.
- Implement quality control techniques effectively.
- Work under limited supervision, either individually or in a team environment.
- Demonstrate administration, training, and leadership abilities.
- Multitask and assist with other roles when required.
- Primarily based on one site, however, work at multiple sites and occasional travel could be required.
Reporting and Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Services and Projects Manager and other key personnel as required.
- Manage time efficiently and promote a safe work environment.
- Assist with labour force management and workflow practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures.
- Motivate team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Track activities and complete reports accurately and on time.

Specific Expectations:
- Preparation and submission of safety and permit documents.
- Submission of weekly work plans.
- Completion of Purchase Order/material requests.
- Compliance with company and client activities.
- Accurate reporting of work status in company and client databases.
- Monitoring workload and time recording.
- Preparation and allocation of work within predetermined time frames.
- Ensuring staff use correct PPE and safety equipment.
- Conducting regular safety checks on site equipment.
Qualifications and Skills Requirement:
- Mechanical trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- High Risk Licence: Elevated Work Platform (WP), Forklift (LF), & Dogger (DG).
- Confined Space Entry certification.
- Valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
