Due to continued growth, we are seeking Leading Hands to join the Maintenance Service Team for a full-time opportunity based on a 2:1 roster.
Principal activities undertaken include supporting a small team ensuring deadlines are met, assisting with technical queries, conducting prestart meetings with the crew, promoting safety standards whilst supporting safety KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a team to conduct planned, scheduled shutdowns and projects on large scale.
- Work with the Planning team to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
- Identify business improvements and drive change.
- Small capital project work involving commissioning.
What is required:
- Experience leading and/or mentoring a small team within fixed plant mining or a similar industry.
- Australian recognised mechanical, fabrication, or electrical trade qualification.
- Demonstrated safety commitment.
- Current Australian Driver's License.
- Confined Space with Gas Testing (desirable)
- Working at Heights (desirable)
