WHO WE NEEDChallenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic and results driven full time Leading Hands, to work as working Leading Hands to join our team, working in a premier Aged Care or Independent Living Facility located in The Shire region. Previous experience working in an Aged Care environment is an advantage for this position, but not a requirement.
