With NDIS-funded services, they offer assistance with daily life and increased community participation. They are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapies in clinic, community and via telehealth
- Conduct assessments and develop plans tailored to NDIS participants
- Engage with clients individually or in small social groups
- Proactively establish and manage a caseload by engaging in networking initiatives
- Coordinate with clients, families, doctors, employers, and other allied health professionals to achieve cohesive outcomes aligned with client goals
- Continuously advance professional development through ongoing learning opportunities
About You:
- AHPRA Registration
- 12 months minimum Occupational Therapist experience
- Current driver's license and own vehicle
- Australian Citizen or Permeant Resident
