Job Description:We are seeking a
Learning and Capability Specialist to join our Business Engagement team based in North Ryde, NSW.
About the rolePrimary objective for this role is to create, manage, train, and deliver on a variety of learning programs and systems across the Downer Utilities business stream. Other role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creation of training collateral, and subsequent online training delivery of systems like MS Dynamics
- Provide training across all projects for both internal (Downer) and external (Construction Partner) staff
- Creation of additional modules and systems to measure effectiveness will also be part of the role
- Manage future systems training whilst contributing to project administration activities
- Support and facilitate the provisioning and access to the various technology systems, tools, and applications.
About you- Relevant degree or equivalent experience required
- Learning and Development work experience in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on creative and innovative delivery through multiple mediums
- Ability to engage with an internal and external workforce on all levels, and customise approach to suit the audience
- Experience developing and delivering technical & IT training in addition to providing coaching and mentoring to a diverse workforce
- Knowledge of Learning and development best practice including utilising your established programming and training design skills.
