With extensive in-house capabilities, we offer fully integrated design and construction expertise across the whole asset lifecycle, as well as network operations and asset maintenance.
We are seeking a Learning and Capability Specialist to join our Business Engagement team based in North Ryde, NSW.
About the role
Primary objective for this role is to create, manage, train, and deliver on a variety of learning programs and systems across the Downer Utilities business stream. Other role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creation of training collateral, and subsequent online training delivery of systems like MS Dynamics
- Provide training across all projects for both internal (Downer) and external (Construction Partner) staff
- Creation of additional modules and systems to measure effectiveness will also be part of the role
- Manage future systems training whilst contributing to project administration activities
- Support and facilitate the provisioning and access to the various technology systems, tools, and applications.
About you
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience required
- Learning and Development work experience in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on creative and innovative delivery through multiple mediums
- Ability to engage with an internal and external workforce on all levels, and customise approach to suit the audience
- Experience developing and delivering technical & IT training in addition to providing coaching and mentoring to a diverse workforce
- Knowledge of Learning and development best practice including utilising your established programming and training design skills.
