You'll be responsible for
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Marketing and Communications teams to deliver global initiatives in line with Allianz Commercial Strategy.
- Ongoing ownership of Broker Learning Programs and events, such as virtual Masterclass series, Allianz Broker Academy, lunch & learns, etc.
- Externally create and execute capability and knowledge of Allianz Thought Leadership, products and risk through the various programs offered to broker partners via Allianz and One Allianz partners.
- Create and maintain learning resource library for internal and external use. Manage agenda and speaker, in particular thought leadership and training for broker Partners, as well as the Commercial division.
- Create design, execute, and maintain the development of the Internal Commercial onboarding and induction programs. Support Technical Leads with technical training presentation packs, accreditation process, and compliance approval.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands. Highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries, and service provides.
- Demonstrate evidence of technical proficiency with O365, Adobe, Aventri, or similar MarTech systems, software databases and communication tools.
