Talent International is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to work for an NSW Government client based in Parramatta (Hybrid). This is contract role 6-months contract with the view to be extended. The role is paying between $350-$400 per day + Super.8 hr/day and 40 hr/weekPurpose of the role
- Provide full administrative and Training support to the Learning and Development Team.
- Plan and execute Learning programs at enterprise and local business unit
- Communication to the organisation on Learning and Development opportunities
- Maintaining the L&D iConnect Intranet Pages
- Vendor contract management- tracking documents with vendors, creating and supporting relationships, onboarding new vendors, supporting the L&D Advisors as SME
- Purchasing and Invoice Payments for all L&D
- Project co-ordination/admin support for program delivery
- Full end to end Learning management system administration (Compass)
- SME for Compass
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in a Learning Administration role.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstration experience in navigating organisational systems and processes.
- Experience working with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers.
- Engagement skills ensuring stakeholder management and engagement relationships are maintained.
- High attention to details, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Demonstrated time management skills and a strong sense of urgency to be able to deliver against timelines.
- A Team player, autonomous, self-starter.
- Strong Customer service skills at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly technology literate (ideally including learning tech such as VR, broadcasting skills).
- Learning Management System Experience – desirable.
