- Cert IV in Training/Assessment preferred. Influential leader. Facilitation skills - good communicator. Interpersonally effective. Interested in indigenous culture and cultural diversity. Reliability - a good time manager. Flexibility and adaptability. Ability to travel Intra/Interstate.
