You'll be responsible for:- Reporting to the Senior Manager for Learning & Development Transformation Solutions you will have responsibility for extensive stakeholder engagement, and SME consultation, advising, designing, and building innovative and creative blended learning solutions that will develop and lift the capability of our people across Allianz Australia.
- Designing and building of interim learning content for program release cycles with a dual focus on future state solutions as we transform our business across products, system, and processes. This is a multi-year program of work centred on building simplicity and creating the Allianz of the future for customers, people, and partners.
- Providing expert L&D advice to the design of innovative and creative blended learning solutions, utilising modern, fit for purpose learning design techniques and methodologies to build the learning culture.
- Consulting with stakeholders extensively to gather requirements and assess suitability of potential learning solutions for role ready programs.
- Gathering and understanding the changes and business challenges through collaborative involvement in process workshops, design & development of learning assets to a detailed build plan and evaluating learning effectiveness
- 5 or more years of Instructional Design experience in digital and instructor led training development, preferably on a heavily regulated, customer focussed industry.
- Experience working within large scale projects and/or transformation programs of work, within a medium to large-sized, commercially driven organisation where you developed innovative and creative blended learning solutions to support the professional standards and Development needs of employees demonstrated experience with modern learning design techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills in order to liaise and collaborate with business leaders and SMEs, influence outcomes, and translate intent into learning solutions.
- Excellent business acumen with a positive can-do attitude, where your peers see you as a self-starter/thought leader.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic high-pressure environment responding to emerging risks, program challenges and achieve deadlines.
