AddressOur client, in the international agribusinesses sector, has a great opportunity for an experienced Systems Trainer or L&D to join them on an initial six-month contract, looking to commence ASAP
Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Development of training material that aligns with the Systems Training strategy for the effective delivery of Systems and process training, primarily in SAP
- Create appropriate training documentation to support project delivery.
- Work with the Training Lead project team to manage, coordinate and deliver training and systems support the Region.
- Delivery of core and integrated business Systems Training, including follow up and support.
- Create training documentation and support material
- Use Enable Now to create/edit documentation
- Deliver systems training as required - Teams and Face to Face
- Gather feedback and attendance statistics from training report back to Training Lead and Change Manager
- Go Live Support
- Develop training materials.
- Deliver face-to-face training sessions.
- Supplement training with virtual Teams sessions if needed.
- Able to travel domestically for up to 2 weeks at a time
- Extensive travel across rural Eastern Australia (Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania)
- Knowledge of Adult Learning principles for training documentation and delivery
- Training ability and presentation skills
- Ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Technical awareness - can absorb new information and keeps up to date with latest trends and Developments
- Knowledge of Enable Now or similar tool
- Desirable - Agriculture Industry knowledge

- This position is based in Docklands, Melbourne with the option for Hybrid work.
