The Opportunity

Experienced Learning and Development candidates are in high demand right now.

We have a wide range contracts, permanent positions, non-ongoing roles, and section 26 transfers from our government, consulting, and private sector clients available.

The Role

As a Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Research and advise on innovative learning strategies, courses and systems to support core capability development and cultural change
• Scheduling and management of Learning and Development activities
• Undertake quality assurance tasks to ensure the accuracy and currency of courses
• Contribute to the development of HR related policies and procedures, guidelines and departmental reports
• Build strong effective partnerships with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to provide efficient, effective, and innovative Learning and Development solutions

Salary / Rate

$80k - $110k + Super
