Are you looking for a rewarding career or your next challenge?We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Trainer and Advisor (Leadership and Soft Skills) to design and deliver an impactful leadership program within our organisation.

Your role will primarily revolve around the design and delivery of impactful leadership and soft skill programs tailored to emerging and current leaders and employees across our organisation. This role is pivotal in shaping the development journey of the greater WISE management team while supporting all employees in key soft skill capability by fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence through the full cycle delivery of training from needs analysis, training plans, content creation, delivery, record management and evaluation.

You will deliver a full portfolio of learning interventions including (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  • Leadership Program Development
  • Training Delivery and Facilitation
  • Content Creation and Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Professional Development and Networking

What will you bring to the role?

  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements
  • Current driver’s license where required
  • Ability to travel nationally
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in developing and delivering leadership training programs.
  • Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership development practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning author tools (e.g. Articulate360)
  • Proficiency in using digital and online learning platforms and content creation software.
  • Strong report-writing and record-keeping ability.
