Job description

We currently offer training programs under the Queensland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative. Skilling Queenslanders for Work provides skills development, training and job opportunities to unemployed, disengaged, or disadvantaged Queenslanders through a suite of targeted skills and training programs. This Skilling Queenslanders for Work project is proudly funded by the Queensland Government.

The Y delivers Community Work Skills programs in partnership with selected registered training organisations (RTOs).

YMCA Vocational Schools provide adjusted education programs and vocational training to secondary students who benefit from an alternative learning environment. With campuses across Brisbane, we are committed to equipping our students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the workforce as they participate in programs dedicated to enhancing practical and personal skills, at a pace that encourages school attendance, engagement and confidence.
