Your Impact:
As a part time Learning and Organisational Development Administrator, you will handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of Learning & Organisational Development initiatives and promote the professional growth and development of all employees, with a particular emphasis on individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities include workshop logistics and completing pre- and post-workshop administration. As an administrator you will also provide general support to the L&OD team and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Complete all pre- and post-event administration, record-keeping, and reporting according to established processes and timelines.
  • Ensure post-event evaluations are collected, and data provided to the L&OD team.
  • Assist with data entry related to program feedback and surveys.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to update and generate content for Good Sammy L&OD marketing materials.
  • Support event tasks, including taking notes/minutes and monitoring chat windows for online events as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the L&OD team, including venue & meeting setup, printing and collating resources, catering and IT troubleshooting.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and collaborate with the team to provide timely responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain and develop positive, customer service-focused relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Who you will work alongside:

You will report to the General Manager Learning and Organisational Development within the Learning and Development team.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience working in an administration role.
  • Proven ability to organise, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic office environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, show initiative and take on new tasks and challenges.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, LMS and using digital applications (MS Teams, Social medial platforms etc.)
  • Strong commitment to improving outcomes for people with disabilities.
  • Administrative or business qualification are desirable.
  • Experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development is desirable.
