As a valued member of our team, you will be part of making a real difference by positively impacting student experience and contributing to our School community.Key Duties

• Work collaboratively with teachers and other assistants in the development and implementation of a student-centred educational programme
• Use strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning
• Maintain daily written documentation on relevant behaviour and learning as required
• Support individual students across different year levels
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours

Skills and Experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a school-based setting would be advantageous
• Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent would be desirable
• Experience supporting high needs students through the curriculum
• Employment Working With Children Check
