Overview:
Our rapidly expanding childcare operator is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role blends digital prowess with traditional marketing acumen, covering a wide array of responsibilities from enhancing our online presence to spearheading community engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audience, both online and offline. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to marketing activities across our multiple campuses, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that effectively combine digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is secure, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Lead social media strategy and management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and WeChat, ensuring content is engaging and brand-aligned.
- Create and distribute compelling multimedia content, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and photography, to tell our brand's story and showcase our campuses.
- Design and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as direct mail campaigns, print advertising, community events, and partnerships with local schools and organizations.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters, ensuring they adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and understand our audience's evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and projects.
- Proficiency in content management systems, SEO, social media platforms, and graphic design software.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Must have full-time working rights in Australia.
