Here’s what we need from you:
- 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar learning design role
- Experience developing learning content for software or technical products is preferred
- Background in writing and editing, with an eye for detail when it comes to grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency and adherence to an organisation’s documentation standards
- Skills in digital learning development and associated technologies (e.g. LMS, Camtasia, Articulate 360 - especially Rise and Storyline) is preferred
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
The fine print of this gig:
Reporting to the Learning Manager, your role will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning resources, in collaboration with subject-matter-experts and other members of the Learning Solutions team.
This position can be based from either our Perth (WA) or Adelaide (SA) locations. Key responsibilities:
- Develop e-learning courses, including software simulations, screencasts, videos and online quizzes for our software products.
- Develop technical learning materials for instructor-led or webinar-style training.
- Test, publish and maintain learning resources on our LMS.
- Write online help and knowledgebase articles, technical user guides and other digital self-help resources for customers, industry partners and employees who use our software products.
