Location: Perth - Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Joining the Learning Technology and Design team you will work closely with the Learning and Development to identify and define the learning need and developing the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create the design strategy for the end-to-end learning experience solutions through consultation with the business.
- Deliver the design and development of end-to-end solutions ensuring the successful delivery across a variety of mediums (ILT & digital).
- Consultation with SMEs and understanding of sound learning design to achieve the outcomes required to build the required capability.
- Work with a team of learning and development designers to implement key initiatives within the Fortescue Learning Academy.
- Leveraging innovative learning design methodologies and techniques with a range of platforms.
- Collaborate and innovate to develop and continuously improve learning standards and methodologies within design team.
- Delivering within a standard learning design process and timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in project managing end to end design and development of Learning Solutions.
- Ability to develop and delivery across a variety of mediums - ILT, E-learn, Apps sims, Learning aids, animations, videos, and evolving technologies in digital learning.
- Experience in working across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Experience designing blended learning programs, eLearning courses, videos, animations, and emerging technologies.
- Bring a growth and innovation mindset to explore what is possible in learning and development.
- 5+ years minimum demonstrated experience across a variety of mediums and projects.
