We have an exciting opportunity available for a Leadership Coach and Learning & Development Partner to join the Hilton Foods APAC team at Bunbury. This is initially a 3 year fixed term contract. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager APAC, the Leadership Coach will be a key part of the team, as we look to improve our talent pipeline, leadership capability and operational efficiencies.
The Leadership Coach/ L&D Partner is able to identify and design initiatives that encourage our people to take ownership of their own careers and learning, while providing them with a range of different options, resources, and experiences. You will primarily work on the factory floor, coaching line leaders, team leaders and other site leaders to be effective in their roles. You will support classroom training with on-the-job coaching and will help line leaders and team leaders better develop and retain their teams.

The successful candidate will:
- Coach Line Leaders, Team Leaders and individual Site Leaders to be effective in their role.
- Implement and manage a rhythmic coaching catch up across site.
- Deliver L&D initiatives to build strategic capabilities for frontline leadership and continuous improvement
- Collect and collate data stemming from the approved evaluation form.
- Update training information into the learning management system.
- Consult with stakeholders to determine development and learning needs, and subsequent scheduling.
- Support and coach the Site Trainer/s.
- Facilitate a range of development opportunities across the site.
- Design/adapt training materials, job aids or other materials as required.
**This role is a 3 year fixed term contract. While it is advertised as full time, part time of 3 or 4 days will be considered for the right candidate.
