Learning Management System Administrator

Since its establishment in 1972, Leo Cussen Centre for Law has been and continues to be recognised as a centre of excellence for practical legal training and continuing professional development for entry-level lawyers through to senior legal practitioners. 

Our purpose is to provide high quality education, training and professional development to strengthen and support the administration of justice and the legal system. 

We are now seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to join our Education Design team to provide high quality LMS Administration and user experience across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to deliver online learning for the Centre’s clients by: 

• Providing help desk support to users in relation to the LMS (our courses are delivered using Brightspace LMS) 
• Using technologies to improve the Centre’s learning delivery. 
• Contributing to user friendly systems design to ensure program accuracy.  
• Setting up and maintaining online courses. 

 Essential qualifications, skills and attributes: 

• Experience using a Learning Management System  
• Knowledge and skills in Learning Management Systems 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Keen interest in leveraging technology to improve learning delivery 
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously as and when required 
• Advanced level of skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe 
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Well-developed time management skills and a demonstrated ability to work to tight timeframes. 

Higher Education qualifications are desirable but not essential.
