We have an exciting opportunity for a Program and Systems Administrator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team sitting within People & Performance.
We are looking for a positive and proactive person who will provide support for the fast-paced and fun team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Coordinate, schedule and communicate training programs and project workshops across multiple sites in line with business needs. Act as the initial point of contact for generic enquiries from internal and external customers. Provide pre and post event administration support to the Learning and Development team for training logistics and on the day workshop/event support. Manage training calendar bookings including coordinating attendee lists, and post event evaluation and reporting. Provide end user system support for Council’s learning platform. Providing administration support for the L&D team and other areas of People & Performance where required. You will also administer Council’s training records in multiple systems and produce reports on learning and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with organisational processes and standards at all times.If you are an organised, motivated individual who with a passion for helping employees develop their skills at work, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant corporate software. Experience in a customer-facing role. High level interpersonal skills and demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including internal and external customers. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in a similar role. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times. Excellent time management, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills. High level customer focused approach. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Initiative and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise.
