Follow the link to find out what its like to live, work and play in our wonderful region:About the roleThe Learning Management System (LMS) Lead reports to the Organisational Development Manager, and is responsible for the administration of GV Health's Learnig Management System: HEART, in support of the delivery and recording of training to our workforce. This role manages the creation of new training, assignment of training to staff, resolution of system issues and ongoing maintenance and user experience enhancements.The role provides a unique opportunity to work with our educators and managers to provide advice on how training content can be housed in the system and to support ongoing improvements to education and learning and knowledge activities.Who we are looking for:
- Technical expertise. You have 5+ years of experience with LMS platforms and are comfortable with related IT systems and integration
- Strong Communicator. You have great communication skills and are able to clearly articulate concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical ability. You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable with data and metrics alongside the ability to problem solve.
- Sound organisational skills. You are able to effectively plan and prioritise your work and manage expectations with stakeholders.
