Your Role at St John of God Health Care
You will participate in the planning, development and implementation of Organisational Development initiatives to deliver strategy and priorities, contributing to and lead projects that drive organisational effectiveness such as a performance development framework, behavioural competencies, equity, diversity and inclusion, change management programs, succession planning, engagement surveys and responses, scholarships.
The Position
Contribute to the content and delivery of Leadership programs and pathways at SJGHC, aligned to strategic needs.
Design and deliver contemporary and best practice materials and approaches to learning and organisation development to support the SJGHC vision.
Contribute to a Performance Management Centre of Excellence to build capability and organizational development.
Contribute to a Performance Development framework (life cycle and key events) to support caregiver and leader involvement and engagement.
Participate in the development and implementation of a behavioural competency model, and a 360 degree feedback model and process.
Support strategic workforce planning and resource planning initiatives to deliver to future needs.
You will possess a relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, (Learning & Development; Human Resources; Organisational Psychology) or demonstrated understanding and working experience in Organisational Development.
In additional you will have demonstrated prior experience in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, consult with key stakeholders.
To succeed you will have an interest in and willingness to develop skills in undertaking evidence-based research to identify strategies for talent development, improving professional development activities, practices and service outcomes.
