The Company

The Role
Reporting into the Program Development and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the departments training programs. You will provide expertise that will continue to progress the development of the organisations services as well as manage four program specialists and various contractors.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Continuous development and Delivery of the organisations courses, programs and qualifications according to RTO standards
- Provide expertise for the design of training materials and guidelines
- Act as a main point of contact for Delivery Team personnel to ensure efficient and effective team output
- Provide professional advice and direction to organisational facilitators and trainers while maintaining/managing existing relationships
- Report and track curriculum development through the maintenance of quality assurance processes and regular reviewing
- Assist and work collaboratively with the development, operations and simulations teams where required
What you will need to succeed?
- Demonstrated experience facilitating delivery programs within an RTO
- Knowledge of the vocational education training sector/framework
- Proficient understanding and skillset within at least one area of the building and construction industry (highly desired)
- Previous experience leading a team
- Research and consulting skills
- Positive attitude and strong initiative
