The Role & The Team
As the Asset DeliveryTeam Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to enable the renewal and upgrade of assets that support ATM (Air Traffic Management) operations. Key responsibilities of this role include, but is not limited to:
- Providing leadership and management of technically diverse teams that deliver safe, efficient and effective maintenance services.
- Coordinating with Maintenance Services Engineering & the Partner Services Manager to deliver renewal and upgrades of assets through internal and external suppliers.
- Providing reporting on progress of sustainment activities for the MS team.
- Monitoring and reporting on the condition of CNSI assets to inform maintenance and lifecycle of assets.
The safety of air navigation is an important consideration when carrying out any duties associated with this position. You will be accountable for creating a working environment in which a proactive and collaborative safety culture will succeed, ensuring safety standards and practices are applied in accordance with Airservices Safety Management System. You will autonomously lead a team ensuring tasks and pieces of work are appropriately allocated and monitored, ensuring overall success.

The Person
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in successfully leading and delivering strategic change and improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective implementation of asset maintenance, logistics and supply chain systems.
- Experience of successfully implementing managed services contracts.
- Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management and communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive, deliver and sustain large scale transformation.
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence.
