SalaryA rare opportunity has become available to join a leading Residential Builder to manage their Design and Drafting Department.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will manage the drafting team to see clients through from pre-site to construction.
You will ideally have had substantial experience in all aspects of drafting for a volume builder.
To be considered, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience within the residential building industry;
- Experience as a drafting lead or manager is advantageous;
- A minimum of two years’ experience in drafting;
- Comprehensive building and construction knowledge;
- High level of attention to detail required;
- Sound understanding of Local Government, developer and other statutory requirements to ensure high level of compliance with approvals process;
- ArchiCAD experience essential;
- A strong work ethic; and
- Relevant qualifications
