This role will support Group Risk’s People & Culture Lead in establishing learning interventions and strategies to support the Risk function transition to a data enabled, highly adaptive, business astute team.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and in a highly ambiguous environment, as priorities change according to the needs of the business.
What will your day look like
This role is accountable for:
- Design, develop and implement and measure learning programs that support delivering on Group Risk’s People & Culture Strategy
- Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to identify new capabilities/ways of working required to support the functions transformation agenda
- Design and implement reporting systems for people related activities, leveraging existing tools and templates
- Identify and develop solutions for ad-hoc projects; including the gathering and analysis of data, identifying and escalating delivery risks and issues
What will you bring?
- Previous experience of learning and change management. Managing the scheduling of end-to-end programme or project pipeline management is desirable.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to strongly demonstrate Data Capture, Analysis and Reporting.
- Solid judgment, with an ability to prioritise complex tasks, make timely decisions and troubleshoot situations.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, taking conceptual ideas and turning them into deliverable outputs
