genU are on the lookout for our nextLearning Systems and Compliance Manager!

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our Learning Management System and Performance & Development system (SAP software), ensuring seamless functionality and enhancing user experience for genU staff.

We need a proactive individual with highly developed knowledge and experience in managing an enterprise-wide LMS and training matrix. Collaborating closely with our SAP expert HRIS Lead, you'll use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate stakeholders and solve LMS issues. Familiarity with systems like Moodle, LMS365, and Canvas is highly relevant.

Our ideal applicant will demonstrate:

  • Highly developed coordination skills in managing the operation, reporting, analysis, and administration of an LMS;
  • Experience in suggesting improvements for learning activities, course design, and employee experience;
  • Expertise in providing high-quality, accessible, and accurate data reporting at the business or divisional level;
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough testing of enhancements and new functionalities within an LMS environment.

Essential requirements include a Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification and/or extensive industry experience. Candidates must also possess a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate, or be willing to obtain them.

This full-time, ongoing position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary starting at $100,000 per annum plus super and benefits, commensurate with experience. We welcome applicants from across Australia.

As our subject matter expert on all things LMS, you'll collaborate closely with our providers to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will also be instrumental in managing genU's compliance landscape, ensuring all divisions and directorates meet their obligations efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Manage functionality of the LMS and Performance Development system, optimizing usability for all users.
  • Enhance genU's compliance training matrix to align with evolving divisional requirements.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to develop, review, and update training and assessment materials.
  • Collaborate with LMS providers to implement and maintain up-to-date processes and protocols.
  • Deliver accurate and timely system reporting, focusing on compliance and audit activities.
  • Uphold strict adherence to data privacy and system integrity standards.
