Supporting our Property Management team's growing portfolio, your duties will be varied and your learning will be supported at every stage.
You will have a proven track record of providing superior client service. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Organise and attend open homes and private inspections
- Manage incoming rental enquiries and liaise with tenants
- Brief Property Management team on shortlisted processed applications
- Secure deposits and setup new tenants in property management system
- Coordinate property marketing, including attending photo shoots
- Upload property listings and inspection schedules online
- Routine Inspections and assisting Property Managers with day-to-day tasks
- Database management and administration
You’ll have…
- Previous real estate experience is ideal, though not essential
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Clean Driver’s Licence
- Right to work permanently in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in Real Estate desirable
- An eye for detail and immaculate presentation
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Resident of the North Shore
