Real Estate Receptionist

The Role:

• Meeting & greeting clients
• Directing calls
• Customer service
• Ensure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clients
• Stationary orders
• Assisting with listing properties via different channels and property marketing
• Ensuring all insurances and certifications are up to date 
• Processing agency agreements and property files
• Process exchanges 

Skills and experience

• Computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office
• Highly organised
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills 
• High attention to detail
• Must have reception/admin experience
• NO Real Estate experience is required!
