Our client is a highly recognised and well established agency across Australia renowned for delivering unparalleled service to its clients. They are looking for a Junior Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team in their Launceston office and hit the ground running with plenty of support.
With a main focus on leasing, other day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Lease preparation
- Process applications
- Conduct open for inspections/Routine inspections
- Attend to enquiries
- General office duties
- Must hold a Current Property Representative Licence
- Previous Experience in Property Management is preferred, but not essential
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Current drivers licence/own car
