Assisting a strong Property Management team within a long-established network, this position is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate and join the most recognised talents listing and managing premium properties.
  
The Role:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and addressing all rental inquiries
• Conducting open homes
• Conducting reference checks on potential tenants
• Leasing properties
• Completing ingoing condition reports
• Processing rental applications
• Assisting the Property Management team with ad hoc duties

  
The Candidate:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is ready to kickstart their Real Estate career! Minimal experience required, a Certificate of registration is essential to be considered though as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. We are seeking an applicant with:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• High communication both written & verbal
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great customer service skills
• A strong work ethic
