Property Management Assistant - Full Time
Join an established, leading Real Estate Agency with a passion for Central Coast property.
We are looking for the right person to join our wonderful Property Management team here in our Kariong office.
Our Property Managers have over 30 years' experience combined, and we are looking to add to that, therefore Real Estate experience or similar is essential, you must have your drivers licence and a minimum Certificate of Registration.
We are looking for an organised individual with initiative who has great computer skills, who is customer service focused and has the ability to multi-task.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Drafting leases
- Advertising properties on major websites such as georgebrand.com, realestate.com, domain.com
- Showing available rentals by appointment or open homes
- Checking applications
- Preparing lease packs
- Answering email enquiries
- Assisting with weekly routine inspections and reports
- Attending to pool and smoke alarm compliance
- Assisting the Senior Property Managers in their day-to-day tasks
- Social media posts
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. There will be the occasional Saturday morning requirement to show properties.
