Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help tenants find their new homes and assist landlords in maximizing the potential of their property investments all while being eligible for commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Manage Open Homes: Organise and oversee property viewings, ensuring a smooth process for prospective tenants.
- Process Tenancy Applications: Handle all aspects of tenancy applications, from receiving to final approval.
- Client Communication: Keep landlords and investors informed on the status of their properties and applications, providing regular updates and insights. Provide recommendations to landlords on campaigns.
- Arrange keys for new tenancies if required.
- Routine Inspections: Assist the department in conducting routine inspections at tenanted properties to ensure maintenance and compliance.
Working Days:
This is a full-time position, working 5 days between Monday to Saturday, with one rostered day off (RDO) during the week.
Your day will look like.
- Providing exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders (landlords, tenants, trades people, internal team)
- Collaborating with the Property Management and Sales teams
- Responsive and polite in all dealings with the general public
- Conducting open homes, arranging private appointments
- Assessing, preparing, and recommending tenancy applications
- Updating landlords on progress after open homes
- Negotiate rents and tenancy terms with clients
- Routine inspections and other adhoc PM duties

- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Effective time and organisation management
- A team player, and natural problem solver, who enjoys building credible trusted relationships
- Proactive self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated, able to work self directed
- Certificate of registration & full clean drivers license
