Leasing Consultant - Hunters Hill Area

Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their highly skilled team, this is an opportunity to provide first-class management to a high-end clientele.

The Role:

Reporting straight into a Fantastic Department Head, this is an opportunity to be the face and the voice of a fantastic portfolio all within a close proximity of the office. With a unique team structure, there is PLENTY of career progression for you!

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
• Routine inspections
• Diary Management
• Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
• Reference checking
• Reviewing application forms
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:

The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this opportunity will be energetic, ambitious and process high levels of motivation. You will be extremely well spoken, well presented and have strong communication skills. 

• Previous leasing experience in Real Estate would be advantageous 
• A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
• Excellent computer skills and strong communication
• A self starter and office motivator 
• Highly organized 
• The ability to think outside the square 
• A good attitude!
