Leasing Coordinator

people2people are recruiting a Leasing Coordinator position within a State Government Department. This role is offering an ASAP start until June 2024, and will be located in South Yarra, with some travel required to Cranbourne.THE ROLE:

• Assist with the operational management of existing leases, licenses and permits for onsite property
• Respond to daily queries including works updates, any contractor/tenant activities and events
• Communicate any events with tenants
• Manage bookings and supervision of commercial activities

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Previous experience working in State Government is highly regarded
• Must have a valid driver's licence
• Must have or be willing to obtain a WWCC and National Police Check
• Experience managing contract deliverables
