Imagine your office is situated at Australia’s highest alpine village overlooking the stunning mountains and immersed in a vast variety of commercial properties, including accommodation, bars, restaurants, and retail outlets. This is a two-year, rolling contract.
We are seeking a Leasing & Contracts Coordinator who is experienced in the negotiating, processing and management of leases, licences and permits to join our team at Mt Hotham and oversee the commercial leasing obligations from start to finish. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws and overall leasing obligations on Crown Land.
This role reports directly to the Head of Property & Planning and works collaboratively with other departments to deliver Alpine Resorts Victoria’s land management responsibilities at Mt Hotham.
What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- Bachelor's degree or Cert IV in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, with experience in property or land management.
- Current Victorian driver licence.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines whilst effortlessly multi-tasking.
- Laser sharp focus for the big and small details.
- Think creatively and provide innovative and solutions focused approached to improving work process and business development.
- A whizz when it comes to using Microsoft Office & industry-related software.
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
